Alias Movie?

Top spy flick to go to the big screen?

Fresh from HOT MARVEL ADAPTATION DAREDEVIL, THE lovely Jennifer Garner may be soon headlining her own movie as there's a possibility of an Alias film.

"It has come up," says JJ Abrams, the hit show's executive producer. "My agents have talked to me about it and I know that they have talked to Disney."

However, it's far from a certainty. "It's nothing that is seriously being pursued," he adds. Abrams is not tooo keen on the idea, it seems. "Given that we try every week to do a movie version of the show, it's not clear to me what we would try to do that we aren't already trying to do. And I wouldn't want to make the show look small by doing a movie."

Alias, whose more fantasticial second series is currently drawing to a close, is awaiting renewal for a third year. Abrams is confident this will happen, but cautions, "I haven't heard anything official. It's up to them....."
