Michael Vartan: Puppy Love Led to Engagement

Does Michael Vartan have his Labrador to thank for his recent engagement to fiancée Lauren Skaar?
"She has a dog that fell in love with my dog," the Alias actor joked to E! News at Saturday's Genesis Awards. "It's the only reason I proposed!"
He also confirmed that, yes, he actually did meet his future wife in a Whole Foods parking lot...
"We did indeed!" he told E!, adding that he approached her. "I guess it's better than some bar or nightclub."
So the lesson of this love story is that we should all look our very best even when fetching organic milk and produce, right?
As for the upcoming nuptials, the Whole Foods fan revealed he and Lauren haven't started planning their wedding just yet.
"We're just enjoying the moment," Michael told us.
