McLean's Giant Croc Movie, 'Rogue,' Gets April Release

This is pretty funny if you ask me, Hollywood Pictures' pulled its giant croc film, Primeval, from a solid April 20 date and dumped the movie in theaters last month. The reason was to avoid Dimension Films' Rogue, which unknowingly to them, was already pulled off the release schedule. Now here we are a month later and Dimension has slated the release of Greg McLean's (Wolf Creek) second feature film on April 20, the exact same day Primeval was hitting theaters. Call it what you will: Insult to injury, missed opportunity, or just random luck - either way they've now got a strong date to work with. The film will open against David Arquette's The Tripper on "National Pot Smoking Day".
