Need
2-liter bottle of ginger ale
64-oz. bottle white grape juice
46-oz. can pineapple juice
12-oz. can of frozen cranberry juice concentrate, thawed and mixed with water
Large bottle of Clearly Canadian cherry sparkling water
Rum (can omit for nonalcoholic version)
Do
Chill first five ingredients and combine in a large punch bowl. (To make an
ice ring, combine small amounts of all ingredients except rum in a Bundt
cake pan or other decorative tin and freeze until solid. Add to punch bowl
just before serving.) Add rum to taste if you wish. Serves 48 or more.
Bartender's Note
I'm sure they served this at one of those parties that Syd is always
crashing. It has a bit of a kick, like Sydney -- especially if you add the
rum.
