2 oz. Frangelico
1 oz. Absolut Vodka
6 oz. Freshly brewed coffee, or to taste
Freshly whipped heavy cream or Reddi-Whip
Chopped hazelnuts
Do
Combine the Frangelico, vodka and coffee in a large coffee glass. Add a healthy dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle a generous amount of the chopped hazelnuts on top. If you're like me, you'll still put cream in your coffee even if you've added whipped cream.
Bartender's Note
Sip the coffee, lick the cream (just pretend it's covering Michael) and relax. This is a perfect after dinner drink or when you've finished climbing a steep mountain.
