1 oz. peach schnapps
Splash of orange juice (pulp-free)
Splash of grenadine
Do
Combine first three ingredients with crushed ice and stir. Strain into a martini glass. Add the splash of grenadine. Garnish with a cherry.
Bartender's Note
Sweet but with a kick, like Sydney. The grenadine gives it that nice "Bozo hair" red at the bottom of the glass.
