Need
1 to 1-1/2 oz. Cuervo Especial tequila
3/4 oz. Triple sec or Cointreau
3/4 oz. Midori or DeKuyper Melon Schnapps
Small splash of sour mix or lemonade
Small splash of Rose's lime juice
2 slices per drink of fresh kiwi fruit
Do
Pour all ingredients over ice with one slice of kiwi fruit. Serve as is, or
shake (with fruit in it) and serve up, with additional slice of kiwi as
garnish.
Bartender's Note
Vaughn can get three sheets to the wind on this 'Rita until he can get
under the sheets with "Rita"! And it's such a beautiful color green to
remind you of his eyes....
