The day of the two "A"s
Since today is World AIDS Day, I thought to provide a link to a brand-new site, where you can read up a little on the latest developments. And be sure to also visit PedAIDS, which Michael is a supporter of.
And the second "A" is for, yep, tonight's Alias! Whee! If you just can't wait for it and don't mind to be spoiled, Ain't It Cool News is THE place to go. Calendar reminders
We're getting conflicting reports about Jennifer's appearance on Dinner for Five. It looks like it won't be on on December 5th after all, but probably closer to the Daredevil release. So we've decided to take it off our calendar for the moment. Thanks to everyone who alerted us to this! And we'll be sure to let you know once we get the *real* air date. ;-)
And don't forget that according to Corinne, Touch Me is on Lifetime Movie Network today! Check your local listings for show times.

Justice and jiggle?
I'm a big fan of alliteration, but even I thought that was a little much. If you want to
know just what I'm on about, read this article about TV's action heroines.
It'll give you the goods on why Sydney and her fellow TV divas have so much appeal.

85 to 18?
Madness
Remember that Salon.com plea for nominations for the real sexiest
man of the year (sorry, Ben) that we mentioned earlier this week? Well,
Michael ended up with the second-most nominations, with 18. Which is good. What is bad is
that the No. 1 vote-getter, Russell Crowe, got 85! That's a completely
unacceptable margin. Especially since I don't think Russell is all that.
(Will I be smote down for saying that?) Thanks to MessyMelissa at

According to this article, Germany's ProSieben network will begin showing
Alias on February 18 under the title "Alias - Die Agentin," which
translates to "Alias - The Female Agent." And even better, they'll be
showing Seasons 1 and 2 without a break between them!

Happy
Thanksgiving!
And to our foreign visitors, Happy Thursday! I hope everyone is stuffed
with turkey (or in my case, Tofurkey), stuffing and sweet potatoes, or is
preparing for a big dinner. I also hope that everyone takes a moment to
think about what they're thankful for this year. Besides Michael, that is
-- I think we're all thankful for him! ;-)

They say it's your birthday
Gonna have a good time... We at The Safe House would like to wish a very, very happy 34th birthday to the lovely and talented Michael Vartan! :) We hope he has a wonderful day, and a fabulous year!
Also, in honor of Michael's birthday, rosemerry has created a new collage, which you can see in Rambaldi's Studio. It's the one that's second from top. :)
MV on Late, Late Show
As we mentioned yesterday, if you watch Craig Kilborn on Dec. 6th, you'll see Michael. However, the one airing that night is indeed a rerun. Generally CBS airs it at 12:35 a.m., but times may vary on local stations.
New casting spoiler
Alias is continuing its run of high-profile casting in this latest star. This is the same one that exploded over the 'net yesterday. There are also some bits from Zap2it and the Hollywood Reporter that you can read here.

Ratings potential?
According to Zap2it, "Angel" is moving to Wednesdays, to be replaced on Sundays by a new reality show, "High School Reunion." I hope this'll spell higher ratings for Alias!

Er, not exactly. ;) You can tell Salon that Michael is sexy:

Also, on Friday, December 6, Michael will appear on the Late Late Show w/Craig Kilborn.This is a syndicated show so definitely check your local listings. This may well be a rerun, but for those of us that didn't catch it the first time, it's a good time to catch up. And for the rest of us, even Michael in rerun is good Michael! ;)
