Live from New York?
According to AliasLuurve on TWoP, the Nov. 4 US Weekly has an article about Saturday Night Live in which Chris Parnell said that, as a huge Alias fan, he was excited because Jennifer is supposed to host the show. We'll keep y'all posted with more details!
Daredevil news
There's a new image of Elektra on the prowl at countingdown.com, and you can also hear a streaming audio clip of the first single from the movie's soundtrack, "Bring Me To Life" by Evanescence.
Make sure you've set your clocks back an hour for the end of daylight-savings, and enjoy Alias tonight! :)

Gone fishin'
For spoilers, that is. Dramaqueen at the vartanetc. boards posted that the Alias Four is having a chat with Alias writer Rick Orci. It's on Wednesday, Oct. 30, at 7:00 pm *Pacific* (10/9c). You can begin submitting questions now, both spoiler-related and general, at their website.
Vote for Jennifer
You can vote for Ms. Garner in Biography's TV personality of the Year poll.
Thanks to SweetP on TWoP for the heads-up.
And the winner is...
Shaolin at the SD-6 boards posted that Alias won the fight choreography award over at the futon critic. Of course, how could they *not* win?? :)
VCR alert
Alias will be featured on ET on Monday night, with a promised "look into an all new episode." Hopefully we'll get some revelations! You'll have to check your local listings for times and channels.
Don't forget that the time change happens at 2 am tomorrow morning, so remember to set your clocks back an hour tonight for the end of daylight-savings, and enjoy your extra hour to go out/sleep/watch Alias! :)

OHP in the privacy of your own home
Mark your calendars! VHo#579 let us know that according to Amazon.com, One Hour Photo
will be released on January 28, 2003. That should give everyone enough time to save from the post-holidays splurge. ;)
Spoilage, ahoy
To get your Friday started properly, Souris has added new spoilers to Passage, Part One, thanks to the all-knowing Alfornos.
Sharing in the Vartan Love
The Ho List has been updated, and with that, we'd like to give a shout-out to Vartan Ho #600, Northstar!

New spoilers!
Souris has added some new spoilers for Passage, Part II, thanks to freelancer.
Jennifer's "Q" rating
Entertainment Tonight had a short piece about stars with the highest "Q" rating. That's a rating that measures a star's commerical appeal, taking
into account both recognizability and likability. Jennifer ranked No. 5 behind Julia Roberts, Melody Thomas Scott (of "The Young and the
Restless"), Marg Helgenberger and Doris Roberts. That's quite a coup for someone so "new" to the scene!
New Jennifer pictures
Northstar sent us the heads-up on these new pictures of Jen from Premiere: here's the first one, and this is the second one. There's also an article on Jennifer there. Thanks Northstar!
Hope everyone has a great Thursday!

Watching Wanda
A thousand apologies for the late update; it's a long story, but a prank from some random person here, a lack of day planner for me there, and voila, delayed Michael and Alias news. On the plus side, Wanda's got some spoilers up that you can check out, which she got from the Alias event.
Michael at the World Series
As someone who should be at the World Series games, I thought this was fun: an article at the website for the MLB has, near the end, a mention of the celebrities who've been at the Angels' home games. Michael is, indeed, on that list. Thanks to mikerbabe at the vartanetc boards for the heads-up. By the way, go team! (If you're wondering which team, well, I'll give you a hint: I'm *not* from Southern California...)
Ratings for Dead Drop
Here's the ABC version:
"Alias" (9:00-10:00 p.m.)
"Alias" delivered the series' second-best ever rating with Adults 18-
34 (5.0/13), behind only its commercial-free series debut last
September. The program bested NBC's "Law & Order: CI" by 16% in
Adults 18-34 (5.0/13 vs. 4.3/11) in the hour.
"Alias" recorded the series' best ever rating among Men 18-34
(4.9/12).
Despite facing the second game of the World Series this
week, "Alias" was up from its week-ago delivery across the board,
gaining 7% in Total Viewers (10.1 million vs. 9.4 million), 12% in
Adults 18-49 (4.7/10 vs. 4.2/9) and 28% in Adults 18-34 (5.0/13 vs.
3.9/10).
Once again, "Alias" built its young adult lead-in and gained
audience from start to finish. "Alias" built 27% on its Adult 18-49
lead-in (4.7/10 vs. 3.7/9). The show gained viewers (10.0 million to
10.2 million) and young adults (4.6/10 to 4.7/10) from its first half-
hour to its second half-hour.
Here's what the Nielson's had to say:
Alias ranked 54th with a 5.9 rating.
Merrin Dungey article
Thanks to Rach, Vartan Ho #24, for sending this in: Merrin Dungey talks to USAToday.com about some of her favorite places in LA So if you're planning a trip to LA, you may want to keep these in mind!
Edward Atterton alert
Edward Atterton (Syd's lovely, British, and dead fiance Danny) is going to be on the Nov. 1 episode of "Firefly."
That's it for today; hope your Hump Day has been going well. Only two more days to go 'til the weekend!

Battle of the Network Stars
Well, when all was said and done, Jennifer won the battle, but it was close, with only 101 votes separating her and Michael in the final showdown!
Michael on Rank -- correction
Michael was actually #13, not #11, on E!'s Rank from Sunday. Sorry about the mis-info. But we'd like to point out that E! *seriously* needs to update Michael's bio!
Sunday competition
Thanks to Shaolin at the SD-6 boards and Jessica for the heads-up: There's an article from Mediaweek about the stiff Sunday competition. I really don't understand why networks put their top shows on all at the same time; next thing you know, CBS will move CSI to Sunday! Oy.
Good Morning, Chicago
But of course, if you're not in Chicago (or even if you are) and haven't heard yet, Lori at vartanetc. has the Chicago radio appearance of Michael and Bradley Cooper in audio file. Don't miss it!
New ep title, small spoilers
Posted by freelancer on sd-6 boards and here for you in inviso-text: "Passage Part II".
Also, TVGal has some Alias mentions in her weekly column, including spoilers for
Sunday (nothing really new).
Ratings
From Zap2it:
At 9 p.m., NBC's "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" (9.5/14) still wasn't
enough to break FOX's baseball streak with 9.9/15. CBS started its
television movie "Dancing at the Harvest Moon" in third as ABC was a
close fourth with "Alias" (5.9/9).
Bid on Syd's bra!
It's to fight breast cancer. Thanks to Gertiebeth for the heads-up.
Running late, have a great day!

Michael on Rank
According to Lana23 on TWoP, Michael was #11 on E! Ranks the Sexiest Men in Entertainment. You know what this means: he was so sexy, they had to give him the #1 rank twice. ;)
Battle of the Network Stars
Zap2it is supposed to announce the winner in the Battle of the Network Stars today, but as of 8:13 AM Central, voting was still possible. You can check here to see if I'm missing the obvious. Here's hoping!
That's it for now; hope you had a relaxing weekend and enjoyed last night's ep. And have a happy Monday!
