Episode 9 promo pics & description
Lots of Michael news today! First off, we have "Alias" promo pics from episode 9 for your viewing pleasure. It will air on January 26th, so they probably filmed the eps out of order. Kristin's Column
Kristin Veitch at E! Online posted an "Alias"-heavy column today with lots of cast quotes and spoilers. If you ignore the J.J. drivel and just enjoy the Vaughn focus (and the nice things Greg has to say about Michael) you will be entertained! Glad to hear he won't be suffering the same fate as James Marsters. Not that an occasional shirtless scene wouldn't be appreciated. ;) Thanks to mlleantoinette for the link!
The Secret Star
Michael's name should have really made it onto the MiL posters. He's the draw to the movie, man! At least the press seems to be slowly catching on, as this early MiL review indicates. Whew!
A rockin' New Year's Eve, indeed.
The People Insider included Michael in another little blurb (OK, he made the headline and eyecatcher pic!). If you wondered how he'll be spending New Year's Eve tonight, this is the place to go. I so agree with him! Thanks to flogrib, Girasol, and Kitty, Vartan Ho #2905, for the heads-up!

The weather outside is frightful
That's all I got, pretty much! Just a declarative statement about the weather. Not much going
on in Michael news today, but remember, only one more week until the new season of "Alias," which
means a regular once-a-week chance to enjoy Michael from now until May. Yay!

People Mention
T-Minus.... Just three days left until we can ring in the New Year! Time to think about resolutions for 2005. According to the latest issue of People magazine, Michael's is to quit smoking! Yay! You can find that mention on the last page. Thanks to Amanda, Vartan Ho #3571, for sending it in!
TV Month of the Year 2005
With new episodes of "Alias" and "24," and both "Stargate" series returning (among others), January will be one of the busiest TV months of the year! Not a dull moment in sight. :) If you're living in the UK, you're in luck too! As Beccalouise let us know, Channel 5 will start airing season 3 of "Alias" on Tuesday, January 4th at 0:20-1:05!
Last Caption of 2004
Since we're not quite there yet, today is your last chance to win the last caption contest of the year, bringing us full circle with this section! OT: Global Catastrophe
Since there's no immediate post-holiday MV news, we'd like to use this opportunity to express our shock and concern over the devastating events following the earthquake in south Asia. Our condolences and thoughts go out to everyone who lost a loved one, a home, or just a family vacation.
Allegedly, the quake was of so massive proportions that it even disturbed the Earth's rotation. If you want to help the relief efforts, the Red Cross has set up a page. Let's hope a better week (and year!) is ahead of us!
