More blast-from-the-past pics
We have some more pic pages from Angie K to shout out today. First up is
this shot of
most of the "Alias" cast at the Golden Globes in 2002 (wow, Merrin looks seriously smashing, and they all
kind of look like kids in the candy store). Then there are these
rather humorous pics of Michael from
ATAS Presents: Behind the Scenes of Alias. Finally, because it wouldn't be right if there
weren't something sports-related in here, how 'bout a few shots from
last year's Stars With Sticks game?
Michael on romance
I long for the day in which there are scads of articles about Michael that do not also
feature the words "Ben" and "Affleck," but until that day comes (which it will), I'll just have to
settle for reading about how classy Michael is about the whole thing. Another case in
point: this article from a Philippine
paper where Michael explains that he's not much of a ladies' man. I hope he finds the gal of his
dreams eventually, as long as he promises not to jump up and down on Oprah's couch after having done so!
I can only hope you love your Sunday half as much as Tom loves Katie (in other words,
stop just short of scary).

Picture pages!
Today we have more high-res picture fun courtesy of Angie K! First up is a promo picture from "The Pallbearer." Not a lot of Michael in that one, so here are two pictures of just Michael from the ABC upfronts from 2002. Then we have a lot of pictures from the HBO All Star Family Sports Jam from last summer. Lots of Action!Michael on that page! It's hard to top those pics, but this one from the 2003 Winter TCA might be my favorite. You just can't go wrong with Michael in a leather jacket.

July, the hottest month of the year
Or sometimes you wish. Since it's almost here, Souris has added the next page of our printable MV calendar. Very nice colors to cool off to! Not that the same can be said about the subject. Michael is hot! Those were some lovely, lovely pictures in stellar quality! I'm almost inclined to say this is the best page yet, but then I say that every month. ;) Remember that you can print it out on a standard 8-1/2"x11" piece of paper.
More artsy Michael
Meg has submitted a really original piece of fanart that we've added to our sketches gallery. I thought that was a very cool idea! Michael pics can be altered or enhanced in so many ways. Thanks, Meg!
To leave the pic bonanza for last...
We've added a bunch of new high-res pics from Angie K! Thank you! There are some intriguingly sweaty ones (we can relate) from the "Primetime Preview Weekend" and one just as hot from the "One Hour Photo" premiere (which we weren't robbed of). Then we have a pic from the "Hollywood Hair and Makeup Awards" and one that looks very similar from the "13 Going on 30" premiere. Michael seems to love that pinstriped suit! To round it off, we've posted photos from the "Alias" cast's celebration at Disneyland, which we didn't have in our collection before.

Another pictorial bounty
Thanks once again to Angie K, we have more new-to-us pictures of Michael at various events.
First up is Michael with Christine Taylor at Christine and Ben Stiller's
Sweet Smell of Success event back
in November. There are also a few of Michael and Jennifer
on the Alias set (link fixed!) during season 3, and picture #7
there is ripe for captioning because they're both making such funny faces.
Finally, we have a few more high-res set pics of Monster-in-Law.

MiL love
There's a new pic of MV on the "Monster-in-Law" set with director Robert Luketic. There's something about seeing a star with just his director giving instructions. I thought the "ladies" did a great job, and I'm sure the crew was swell, too, but I admit I enjoy having just a pic of Michael on the set of his movie with his director.
We've also added a rather amusing teaser poster for the movie (second poster on the page). It's very catchy and a bit raunchy. I'm sure that would've worked better in setting the tone than that misleading first teaser trailer. Even a rom-com can be provocative at times. ;)
I'm happy to report that we finally have warm summer weather here, too! Whee! Have a happy day!

Millie love
We've copied down Michael's quote in People magazine. They asked several bachelors to finish the sentence: "Love me, love my...." Go ahead and read Michael's finished sentence! He's such a sweetie! But aside from singling out Millie because they're inseparable, I think it's such a class act to admit that she's huge and vehement. I'm so used to dog owners with blinders on!
Did anyone watch yesterday's Formula One disaster in Indianapolis? Thought so. Even I feel the need to apologize. It's such a popular sport here in Germany, but with the boycott they've probably shot their last chance to ever capture the American interest.
