Cleaning up nicely
Michael did indeed attend the Carousel of Hope ball yesterday to benefit the Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes, and we've added a handful of pics from the event! He looked dashing with the tie and all! Really a nice gallery for a Sunday.
Taking a sip
More goodies from the event we have been going on about! We have even more pics from "Freeze the Disease" with many thanks to Victoria, who also shared a lovely recap with us. It's such a joy to get the big "meeting Michael" experience from so many perspectives! Always a new detail or two that adds to the mental picture. Thanks so much for sharing, everybody!

More Freeze the Disease
As promised, we have some more fun stuff from Michael's appearance at Freeze the Disease, courtesy of Cassandra. She supplied some up-close and personal videos, as well as some very cute pictures. Love that lop-sided grin! Thanks for sharing, Cassandra!

Early jawing about "Rogue"
SouthernGal, Vartan Ho #770, and Maryann gave us the heads-up that Fangoria has an early review of "Rogue" posted.
Very positive! Not much mention of the cast, but sounds like a good scary flick. February's not
too far away, right?
The golden ticket
Cassandra (lucky Ho) attended the Freeze the Disease game and sat right behind Michael, which
allowed her to get in good autograph position. You can read all about her encounter
here. She also shared some
pics, which we'll have posted for you in the next couple of days. Thanks Cassandra!
T-minus one month...
There's only one month left till Michael's birthday! We're still
taking donations for PEP and
the Adopt-a-Croc project. Donations have been kinda slow this year, so if you've been thinking about it,
maybe the happy "Rogue" news will inspire you to jump on board with the croc (or Michael's charity of
choice, PEP). Thanks to all who have participated so far!

Seen and heard
The "Caught in the Act" column at People.com is briefing us about a new Michael sighting: he was spotted at Hollywood's Euro-influenced lounge "Les Deux." Sounds like a fun guys night out! Thanks to Moesha, VHo #1155, and Tanya for the news!
Foto Freeze
As you may have noticed, we've added more photos to the Freeze the Disease gallery. It seems like tons more. Yay! Definitely check out the first two pages. Thanks so much to Karen for sending them along!
And vidclips, too!
And what's even better than pics (well, sometimes!), is having video footage of the event! Karen has also supplied us with that. :) Isn't it fun seeing all the excitement people had watching Michael play? And then him being so... for lack of a better word, professional. Hopefully he has years ahead of him doing this sport because he obviously knows what he's doing.
Ohh, now it's past the one week mark for Halloween!

Freeze the Disease
It doesn't seem like any of the photo agencies covered Sunday's Freeze the Disease charity hockey game. :-( In any case, none of the usual suspects has posted any photos. So an extra yay for the fans who shared their own pictures! You can see a page of images of Michael here. Big thanks to Karen and Jinnie for providing those! We hope to have some more later.
Here's a note from the official FTD blog: "We're in the process of going through everything from the game and will be updating the web site soon with pictures, recaps, online auction goods, available merchandise to purchase, and other surprises. Please bear with us during the next few days as we get through it all. We know it will be worth the wait!"
