The Shiner-ing
The new issue of In Touch Weekly has a small article about Michael's black eye. Huge thanks to Chatty for sending in that scan! (Speaking as someone who has to do this quite often at work, the magazine's graphic artist did a masterful job of dropping out Michael's spikey hair -- kudos to them!)
Ah, puck it!
The above article contains a picture of Michael from Freeze the Disease, which is fitting considering that they have put up for auction another hockey puck signed by Michael. Get in on the bidding while the price is still low!
Maxim, um, mini
We've also added a tiny mention about Michael at the Maxim party. How disappointing that Michael attended a media-sponsored Hollywood party and we didn't get any pictures of him from the event!
Big congratulations to the Appalachian State Mountaineers for their second straight I-AA national championship! Whoooo! I feel like I can revel in it a bit since I took some classes through ASU in high school and still have my ASU student-ID card. :-)

Heard it through the Vine
There's some new Michael footage available for your viewing pleasure over at E! Online. Click on the bottom video on the menu on the right, "Fresh and Raw: Life in Hollywood." It's an autograph session/Christmas
inquisition. Thanks to gracie-lou at VartanFan for the
heads-up! We've added a couple of screencaps of the clip.
We Heart Australia
Now these are some nice photos. Girasol alerted us that the Herald Sun has this
new pic of Michael and Co. (third
on the page).
Have a lovely Friday! Have you finished your Christmas shopping? And happy beginning of Hanukkah for those of you celebrating that!

When to "Rogue"?
Fangoria.com has speculation that the release date for "Rogue" might change. I don't know what the reasoning behind this is since I'm not on the up and up industry-wise, just playing the messenger: "Giant crocodiles are back in a big way come 2007. The Weinstein Company has ROGUE (currently slated for February 2, but likely to move), in which WOLF CREEK writer/director Greg McLean smacks us with an Aussie tale of one mean leatherhead making trouble for a riverboat tour."
There's naughty and there is nice. And then there is nice.
There's a rather lovely mention of Michael in Ted Casablanca's column at E! Online from a Maxim party Michael was at last Saturday. Could it be the holiday mood getting to Ted? I guess you cannot say much else about Michael, so if you feel the urge to post about him, it's gotta be something nice. I don't listen to Ted much, but I had appreciation for it this time. Oh, the Christmas love. Thanks to Twagic and Cher Martin, Vartan Ho #113!

Talking movies
We've had a few people write us that the IMDb lists Michael as being "in talks" for a new Australian movie called "Worst Nightmares". But we know that IMDb isn't the most reliable source because anyone with an account can upload info, so take this info with a grain of salt! Even if it's accurate, we don't know how serious you can take being "in talks". It could mean anything from serious talks down to as little as they've sent the script to MV's agent. Thanks to Vikki, Lumie, VHo #3752, and Pixie, VHo #3911, for alerting us this was out there.
Own the Freeze!
Michael's Freeze the Disease jersey went for $2,715.77 in the auction on eBay! Whoohoo! I'm glad so much was raised for Cystic Fibrosis Research. And congrats to the winning bidder because MV's clothes are not a bad thing to have at home. ;) Thanks to swan7 for the heads-up.
Exactly two weeks until Christmas now!
